I know that I haven’t taken note of my weight since my last check up and that was almost a year ago. I knew very well how I gained weight but are just too stubborn to admit it. I failed many times in my dieting plans and losing weight etc. etc.. I still lack focus and determination. I am close to giving up and just resort to taking OxyElite Pro as the easiest way to shed off some pounds. But then again, for some health reasons, I want to go the natural way. For now, i am still doing some research and looking for some helpful and healthy ways to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
