Holiday season is here, so goes the irresistible holiday foods that are packed with lots of fattening ingredients. Pasta, salads, cakes and pastries, beef, pork, candies, sweets and other mouth watering dishes on the table. Hello weight gain! š
But you donāt really have to starve yourself nor avoid eating foods this holiday. The key is to choose what you are eating and do it in moderation. You may check out this healthy eating chart that will help you out and you may include in your diet.

Last July, I was so happy to notice that I really lost a lot of weight without too much effort in terms dieting and exercise. Oh well, I could say that moving a lot ( cleaning and walking around) is an added factor, aside from not being able to cook sumptuous meals every now and then. But since DH’s back, I gained weight in no time.
With the healthy and sumptuous meal everyday, I just can’t resist the urge to overeat. š I am more relaxed now knowing he is just around. The only problem is how to get rid of those unwanted fats once again. I am now reading some apidexin reviews and studying the beneficial effects on losing weight. Let’s see if this one will work wonders on me.
I know that I havenāt taken note of my weight since my last check up and that was almost a year ago. I knew very well how I gained weight but are just too stubborn to admit it. I failed many times in my dieting plans and losing weight etc. etc.. I still lack focus and determination. I failed so many times in my attempt to lose weight. I lack the discipline which is one of the important factors when it comes to dieting. This time, I need to do some research on how things work around, I really got to be sure on the things that I am doing. Take time to know the pros and cons of the fods that I am eating, etc. Proper way of dieting leads to a healthy living and the end results is having a happy and healthy lifestyle.
I am yet to upload the part 2 of DD’s field trip. I am quite hesitant to post some of my pictures because of my bulging tummy. bwahaha! It really feels awful seeing myself in my not so good figure. lol! I really need to burn belly fat or I’ll end up having this lifesaver thing on my waist every time I see myself in photo. Seriously, I am no longer dreaming to have the perfect shape, just enough to be fit and shed off some excess fats and bulge here and there will give me confidence to wear any type of clothes. For now, I can wear those body hugging shirts or sleeveless eh. How I miss my pre-pregnancy form of body. But am not losing hope. In time and discipline, I know I can achieve it again.
After I had the crazy and sleepless nights schedule sometime last week goes my disturbing diet as well. Been eating like a crazy mad woman since. Been overloading my diet with lots of carbo and fatty foods, added to that is caffeine to keep me up the whole night and energy drink to last me the whole day. Bad! bad! the result is I get to have dizzy spells and pimples all over my face. As for my weight issues, I think I need to deal with the reliable fat burners to keep up with losing weight plan I need t o do. Oh well, have to decide still. I want it to last and be firm this time. Slowly but surely.
I am the thinnest among my siblings since we were young and so I never imagined that I’ll be at my most heaviest weight today. After I stopped breastfeeding my eldest child when she turned a year and a half, that was the start I gained weight. But despite the gaining, I still feel that I am just perfectly fit not until I noticed these signs that I am really getting fat:
- My underwear’s garter would roll over. lol!
- Size M shirt no longer fits me, not even L but XL. oh my!
- People I know would often say that “oh, you looked like you gain some weight, are you pregnant again?!
- I really find it hardĀ to pick things up off the floor.
- My shoe size of 6 1/2 is now 8 and sometimes 9 š
I tried and did my best to go on diet, but I just can’t really help it especially when DH cooks my favorite dishes and I must say that he’s a really good cook. I am now in search for the best fat burner in the market as I now keen on losing these stubborn fats of mine. By hook or by crook I am gonna be on my ideal weight in a couple of months!

I was sorting out pictures to upload on my flickr account as it has been months since I did tinker on my memory card photos, need to clear some pics on it, which reminded me to make some back up copies just to be sure. I did stop browsing upon seeing this Puto bumbong that we had few months ago when we dined in at Via Mare . I still can’t get over with all the food trips that we had then courtesy of SIL’s treat to us all. hee, I didn’t checked on my weight since then too and haven’t started on my dieting, been thinking to just take some weight loss diet pills instead to gain fast result. Christmas season is fast approachingĀ and so feasting on food is inevitable. lol! I don’t think I can keep up my promise on dieting. We’ll see!


We went home late last night as we went to Makati and welcome DH’s sister and her family who arrived yesterday from Australia. We headed on to GB5 and had our dinner treat at Max’s Restaurant. As usual, I forgot about the dieting thingy that I am doing for the past few days, which I am just starting actually. With the sumptuous dishes in front of me and being so hungry at that time, all I could thinkĀ of is to just look around for some weight loss products after to somehow lessen the guilt of too much eating. lol! I wasn’t able to take photos of all the servings on the table as I was really hungry at that time. ButĀ there are more photos to share on my future posts. Will be going on and off online as I will be quite busy the coming days.
