The past 2 years made most of us stay and confined in the four corners of our home, that being restricted to go out unless for essential trips outside our home. The pandemic struck and each and every one of us. It is not easy specially for most outgoing and sociable people.

Social, mental health and emotionally, I myself almost had panic attacks and anxiety brought about losing a job and losing family members and friends.
