Been so busy lately that I’ve been so behind with my blog posts since the last few weeks of October. Last October 22 was my daughter’s educational field trip. As usual, DD was so excited that she was up even before I got the chance to wake her around 5 a.m lol! Assembly time time is 6:30 am, departure is 7:00 am, but since there were late comers, we waited at least half an hour more.
First Place:
Touch of Aura
(Near Boom na Boom, Pasay City)
They featured light musical show where kids (audience) take part in it and also in shadow playing. There were also exhibits about evolution of lights.
Kids enjoy most the shadow play and the laser lights.
Second Place:
Laguna Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Center
Nothing really new for us as we have seen them most in other animal places that we’ve been in. Honestly, I think the place need some cleaning as it really stinks. Cages were not really in good condition. Hope they could pay attention to it so animals there would really at their best and in good health.
Third Place:
DD was not feeling well on our way to Laguna and before we went down the bus, she just throw up! The thing is, I was not able to bring extra short or pants, only t-shirt. We were not able to enjoy going around the place as we were both dirty.
Their comfort room’s faucet is not working hence, no running water. yes, there is drum but the water is deep and dirty. 🙁 We ran out of tissue but glad that a fellow parent gave us a pack of wipes.
Museum of Natural History
I am able to convince DD to still take a picture of her ( No smiling though :D) around the place.
Animal Fetus
We had our lunch in Botanical Garden
We bought some eco-friendly souvenirs, these cute family tree table display and key chains- all affordable at price range of 20- 100 Pesos.
Fourth place.
Boat Riding and Fish Feeding at
Nuvali, Laguna
Kids enjoyed the fish feeding. We were given two packs of pellet fish foods which seems not enough for those huge Koi Fishes. We did also enjoyed a few minutes of boat ride around the man made lake.
Again, it was a fun filled educational experience for us.. Looking forward to next year’s field trip. 🙂
