Physically Fit

I admit that it’s been ages since I did some physical exercise. I used to do so everyday during my elementary days in school when we were required to go on exercise early morning before the classes starts. I did try to do so but things got so hectic when I became a mom already, I could not even comb my hair then. lol! The only physical exercise that I get to do recently was taking a walk every day as go on way for a public utility vehicle ride on my way to the office.From the recent thing I’ve heard, the best in thing for physical exercise is doing the ab workout through dancing. I have seen a lot of  video instructions over the net and in CD. I really need to try those one of theses days and see if it will work on me this time as dieting seems not working on me. ahaha
