The heavy rain just poured in tonight. It somehow freshen up the very dry and humid surroundings. I remember how my parents then would ask us to go play and enjoy the first rain of May (Agua de Mayo). It has been said that rain during this time has a healing effect for those who are sick with skin rashes and other skin problems. it is also considered a blessed water by many folks then.
