Last week was a long weekend holiday and instead of going out, we opted to take the first two days of the four days vacation in doing a major general cleaning of the house. Yes, we did turn up the house upside down to get everything spic and span!

Changing curtains, putting down the air conditioner for a must needed cleaning. Scrubbing, wiping, brushing the floor, walls, sinks, ceilings and hard to reach areas that are often taken for granted during the day to day schedule.

A much needed upholstery of our sofa finally happened too last weekend courtesy of SIL 🙂
