Been having a terrible backache for a couple of weeks now. The result of sitting in a slouchy position for long hours in front of the computer at work and even at home.I had to take Ibuprofen to relieve the pain especially at night, there were times that I would wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep anymore.

I would love to try out the newly opened massage center near our area. I’ve heard and read some good reviews about them. Nice amenities, well trained staff- some did even took up a massage therapy program, quality and first class service indeed. I’ll ask Dh to accompany me one of these days.
