My Beauty/ Make- Up Kit

This is my cosmetic organizer, dusty and untouched for a long period of time. Ahaha! I actually had a set of a mineral make up brushes but decided to sell them away since I am no longer using most of them. I only managed to keep the long handled kabuki brush which I think is enough for me to use whenever I need to apply a make up.

But I have been lately thinking of buying some beauty essentials again. I’d love to have the airbrush makeup kit this time. I’ve been reading some rave reviews about this water based make ups.

Got myself busy computing our bills to pay and it’s really giving me a terrible headache, who wouldn’t when funds aren’t enough to cover all of those bills pending for payment?! Added the fact that we have to line up to the main office since some of them were already past due. A Safe and Clean Home

I remember how our house went a terrible mess after the typhoon Ondoy’s wrath a few years back. Everything was submerged into the flood water, water and electricity were cut off in some areas. It took us a couple of days cleaning and organizing things, trying to save some of the furniture and appliances.

The worst part is that pests like cockroaches and rats just started to came out of nowhere. Ewww! 7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to catch on the deadlines with some of my online assignments, tomorrow my plans include going to the salon for a pedicure and Sunday, I want to sleep all day. How I wish!

Feeling Better Now

The medicines that I am taking have finally kicked in! I got no more fever since last night and no more painful swallowing too. I almost spent the whole day yesterday sleeping, good thing I was able to manage writing some online tasks whenever I woke up. lol!

The downside of getting sick?! my to do’s remain in my pending tasks for quite sometime. Need to catch up on many things including my online and offline work. I’ve been getting sickly lately and it’s not a good sign! I can’t be down and sick for long. Need to boost my immune system and accomplish a long overdue visit to my doctor.

Sick Again

I just took a half day off from work today. I suddenly feel cold and and dizzy while I was at the bank doing some transactions. I did drink a paracetamol but the fever just won’t subside. I did threw up in the bathroom around 11 am so I decided to text the boss to ask permission to go home. I was able to take a sleep and rest when I got home. I noticed that I’ve been getting sickly lately :(. I just hope to feel better soon…

Enrolling in Guitar Lesson This Summer

Summer is coming in couple of month’s time. We are thinking of what recreational activity that kids could take to keep themselves busy and productive the entire two months of no classes. Dear daughter handed me a flier from their school regarding recreational activities that they offer for summer enrollment. There are plenty of sports activity on the list but my daughter wants to enroll in a guitar lessons this time, so I need to look around for a a guitar that she can use. I happen to pass by a music store near our work area, they got tons of different brands but the sales attendant offered me some martin guitars as it is their best seller musical instrument due to its good quality. I am now getting more excited than the little girl in her guitar lesson this summer.

Another Recreational Activity

.. for the little boy that is! We will be going to dear son’s kinder-1 Educational Trip tomorrow. As always, he can’t contain his excitement when I let him take a peek of what we’ll be seeing in one of the places to be visited. There will be only four places on the list and all of them are just within the Metro Manila, which I think is enough for us to enjoy each place unlike before that we had to go far wherein travel time alone is already quite tiring.

I will be taking a leave from work to accompany DS. I need to prepare all these things early tonight for tomorrow’s activity.

First aid kit ( band-aid, Betadine, white flower, etc.)
Extra clothes (Shirt, short/ pants, underwear)
Extra towel
Travel medicines
Digicam
Extra batteries
Snacks
Pocket money

Having a long weekend is a chance for me to do some general cleaning of the house. First thing I did last Saturday was to clean the closet. I saw tons of caps from DH’s side of closet. He is fond of caps that it turned out a hobby to collect different kinds of them.

Most are gifts from our relatives abroad and some are bought online. Among his favorite are those jersey cap from his favorite basketball team. He’s thinking of getting an added set of collection and wants personalized hats this time, being able to wear and put up his own design and style. Cool!
