With the super typhoon coming in, can’t help but feel nervous and remember the Ondoy wrath. Praying and hoping that Megi will slow down or just change directions. Let’s all be prepare and pray for everybody’s safety.
is what I have now and a cough too! Still tired from cleaning up the house yesterday. The water subsided only yesterday afternoon, It was really hard cleaning up the mess trying to fix things up but it’s nothing compared to what other people have gone through. We were still blessed. I am now here at the office but some of our officemates were absent since they are greatly affected by the flood. Thanks to those who gave words of encouragement, prayed and wished us safety.
We were so surprised how fast the flood water increases yesterday in a matter of no less than an hour, we were already in panic as we saw that most of the appliances and furnitures are floating already. Nobody expected that it will happen that fast. To think that we have elevated them on a higher level, but the flood had tremendously increase and boy it’s raining non stop for a couple of hours. We were not prepared and so does everybody! It was such a tragic experience. But we still feel so lucky as we were all safe and sound. The dirt and mess that the storm “Ondoy” left us is bearable. Lives is far more important than everything else. We feel for those people who are greatly affected, most especially those who were at their roof top, seeking for help and refuge.
