Kids are growing up so fast that they wanted to try out different things all by themselves. I always amazed how they get to ask me things that I thought was too early for them to try out.

The little girl would ask me if when is the time she can start to wear make up?! LOL. While our youngest is often glued on playing online games, bad! He’s currently into Dragon City in Facebook and would always ask us if dragons are real and if we can own one and have it as a pet at home. Ahaha!

Seriously, I am thinking of enrolling dear son into creative activities once the summer starts. Who wouldn’t get bored when you’re stuck at home and there’s nothing left to do and playing on the PC would be the most entertaining thing for them. I asked him what sport that he would like to try out and without battling an eyelash he said, football!

School Sports Festival

My daughter is busy with school work the past weeks, she said that they are doing loads of assignments and catching up on lessons just so they wont have a hard time after the school’s foundation day wherein there are many extra curricular activities that they will be doing. She’s been practicing the “waka-waka” dance steps every night as she was chosen to perform together with some of her classmates. I also need to find an orange t-shirt for her as it will be the color carrier for the grade two pupils.

A sports festival will also be held and different grade school levels will be competing among each other on volleyball and basketball, I have seen the sports trophies being displayed in the lobby near the main gate of the school that made the students more excited about the upcoming event.

One of the beneficial activity for the kid and adults is getting into sport. Health wise and physical, it offers a lot of benefits for us. So it is better to encourage everyone to go into sports, any that fancies you and the one that usually fits your personality, most important of all is your passion for it. Just like a cousin who is into archery, I must say that it is kinda different type of sport from the usual. Concentration and pulse is essential.
