Cleaning Technology to Establish Cleanrooms

1 / 17 / 14

When you are considering building a factory for your business, you need to think about what materials are out there that will create a sleek, sophisticated, and efficient area for your workers. There are architectural finishes developed specifically for factories that provide a safe work environment for everyone. A surface known as uPVC has the technology to stand the toughest cleaning procedures and has been approved by many manufactures around the world. With such clean construction, you are bound to have cleanrooms at all times. Learn more about this cleaning technology and how you can benefit from investing in it.

Flexible

The first benefit of such cleaning technologies is how adaptable your work environment can be. It can be modified and be established in just about any design you please, giving you a lot of wiggle room to work with. You can request specific wall or ceiling systems that create a design to utilize your space to the best of its abilities. There is also flexibility for late equipment. So if something doesn’t show up during the time of manufacturing, it can easily be installed to go where you want it, not where there is an open space.

Maintenance

In order to keep everything in working order, all equipment and structures need to be maintained. If you have the architectural system with the latest cleaning technology, all you will have to do to maintain is your regular cleaning routines. If there is ever an issue with the structure of the building, you do not have to worry. A professional can come in as soon as possible to repair the part, and while you are waiting for that service to be done, nothing in your workspace or routine will be ruined.

Taxes

Lastly, by having a modular cleanroom facility, you can receive reduced tax rates compared to traditional construction. You will also save money because you will have long lasting equipment that will not need as many improvements. This architectural design has many benefits. You will receive a flexible work environment, it will be easy to maintain cleanrooms, and you will save money in the long run.

Organizing The Kids’ Toys

7 / 30 / 13

Last weekend, I was able to find time and way on how to organize and keep the kids toys away the bed, the floor, bathroom and under the pillows. Yes, they are everywhere!!! Haha!

Whenever the kids saw me tinkering on their toys, they will come and offer “help” in sorting out the toys. In this manner, the “for disposal toys” will end up in a few pieces only, telling me that most of the toys are still in good working condition (broken cars, one-leg barbie doll, hard clay, etc) and should not be thrown or given away! 😀

Dear daughter’s plastic and mini pull-out dresser when she was still a baby is now their toy’s new home. I’ll show in the upcoming posts how we are able to do it. No more cluttered toys… For now! 🙂

Cleaning Time Before The Holidays

12 / 24 / 12

One of the things on top of my list of to-do’s once our holiday break starts in is to have a general cleaning of our house. It is the perfect time to finally dig in with each and every part of our house seeing and inspecting what needs some fixin’ and needs a major clean up.

I do clean up everyday. Routinely cleaning up in terms of sweeping, dusting off furniture, mopping the floor, washing the dishes, laundry clothes, etc.

But digging deep into a more detailed  clean-up would mean throwing up those  accumulated trash over the year like empty cartons and box, plastic containers, old clothes, old books, broken furniture and appliance, electrical, scraps and more. This would mean getting and hiring the services of garbage pickup edmonton to get rid of the mess in the house.

The Vanish Site Removal specializes on garbage pick-up and collection, junk removal and other cleaning up services on garage, basement, yard and jobsite.

Getting their professional services would mean savings on your time, money and effort as they will take charge on everything from cleaning up to disposal of trash and wastes while you can take sometime off for yourself or other much needed important things to attend to this holiday season.

See below their contact info for more detailed info on their cleaning services:

Organizing Your Plastic Cards

9 / 12 / 1210 / 22 / 12

P8201498

Company ID, SSS and  PhilHealth ID’s, credit and debit card, SMAC and Mercury Drug’s Suki card, etc. name it and I got it! I guess that goes for everybody else too in their wallet :). Mostly are full of scratches and stain due to  compact slots. Finally, I was able to manage finding a solution to it.

I bought this Aluma wallet inspired card case, it has 7 slots and each can hold at least  2 cards, I was able to fill in 7 and one slot for an extra paper money bill. This works for me well since I always need most of my cards for my work transactions, I only have to carry this and they’re all fit in! What I like about this is that my cards will be protected from scratches and easy wear and tear due to improper card storage.

How about you? where do you put all your cards and ID?

Organizing Tips 101: Plastic Storage Solution

8 / 20 / 128 / 20 / 12

I bought this dental floss in Watsons last month. It’s on a buy one take one sales promo at around P60 or $1.40 something. The other casing got empty and I thought of using it for another purpose. Recycling is the key!

The outside cover

The inside: A number of floss

I carefully peeled off the  sticker cover, since there was still excess sticker that remains after pulling it off. I made use of oil then wipe off with alcohol and rinsed it with hot water to remove the remaining sticky paper on it. It really took me quite sometime to take it off. whew!

Voila! I got another storage solution for our rechargeable batteries that perfectly fits into the dental floss storage.

For more creative juices, you can even print a sticker label on to it! But for now, I prefer not to put one. The transparency will make it more easier for me to look on what’s inside the plastic storage.

So the next time you buy something, think twice before throwing up that packaging, will it still be useful? Think of a nice way on how you can make  it beneficial the other way around.

I just save money on buying another storage for batteries and what a steal buying on a buy-one-take-one basis! Happy Recycling! 🙂
