Sometimes, we really must find the courage to take risk and conquer the fear of the unknown for us to unravel the beauty that life has to offer us. Taking chances on changes if you feel that it will benefit you and for the betterment of your family’s condition, go and take a leap of faith. Looking back, you will be grateful that you did take the plunge to know that you are in better place now that yesterday!

Healthy Living Lifestyle

8 / 4 / 128 / 4 / 12

Health is a large word.  It embraces not the body only, but the mind and spirit as well;… and not today’s pain or pleasure alone, but the whole being and outlook of a man.  ~James H. West

We all do aim to enjoy and live our lives to the fullest. When we were young, we were taken care of and dependent on our parents for our needs. As we grow a little older and start to become independent, we’ve started to build ourselves and work to earn a living and take chances to attain our goals in life.

We’ve started to build around relationships, goals and aspirations in life. In between all these things, we should never forget our health, which is very essential key in order to fully enjoy living life.

Being healthy doesn’t not only  pertain to having a well proportioned and balanced meal three times a day, although it pays to keep yourself physically fit and all by eating the right kinds of foods. Being healthy in different aspect as well like socially, mentally and spiritually will make you a more rounded person who has a healthy living and balanced activity.

Positive outlook in life is also a part of the benefits of it. Looking back as you grow old, you tend to ask yourself, “ Have I missed on something?” Regrets kills the passion in you.

So one must be able to plan ahead as early as possible those things you want to do in your life – study, travel, business, family, leisure, vacation, dream house project and even funeral preparations to keep those people around you to less worry and have something to look forward to when you pass away.

In this manner and at the end of the day, you will be confident enough that you have lived your life well and enjoy living life in this wonderful world.

On Food Supplements

4 / 22 / 12

I stopped for awhile taking my vitamins and other food supplements when I experienced a painful swallowing a couple of months ago and thought of having food allergies at that time and a few repeat symptoms the past weeks, I don’t really know the cause as of now because I haven’ been to a doctor since then. Bad I know! So I am really saving for now so I an have myself a schedule for a check up soon.

I hate drinking any kinds of medicines, so I am going to consult my doctor for a nice food supplement will really works well for me. I want something natural, for we know that natural food supplements will never cause us any harm unlike those drugs that could cause ailments for us in the long run.

Natural food supplements and vitamins are also beneficial in terms of of giving arthritis pain relief and also has nitric oxide supplement in it . With the fast paced environment that we are currently in, having all those stress, pollution and physical challenge that we need to face everyday, we have to be equipped with a healthy mind and body to be able to cope up and live our life fully and enjoy it too. 🙂

Weekend Rest and Life Thoughts To Ponder In

3 / 17 / 123 / 17 / 12

Finally, another work week is over. Time to de-stress after a ( not so really )busy schedule. Been into this work for almost five years now, but there are times that I still feel like a newbie. Maybe just like anybody else who are stuck into the monotony of work and  some people don’t really get to appreciate you being around, you get that ill feeling of sadness. But there’s no doubt that this job has helped me to make ends meet and I am grateful for that! I guess I just have to go back to the the very main purpose why I decided to hold on to this job and that is to learn, earn money and experience.

I still got a long way to go, although I felt that I am going nowhere career wise. But I have to live in the present and go with the flow for the meantime. I am not getting any younger ( Oh, I remember I got to look for the best term life insurance, for my family’s sake, just in case! )my kids are growing up too fast that I almost didn’t noticed and get to enjoy seeing and being with them in their growing up years just because there are times I can’t really take a leave from work. Health wise, I got tons of body aches here and there. I have a a long overdue plan of going for a check up to my OB, pending Ultrasound to check on my myoma and poly cystic ovary. Now, a persistent chest pain and difficulty in swallowing is bothering me lot. I just hope nothing serious about that. For now, I have to appreciate little things going my way. As the saying goes, “Life is too short so find time to enjoy and live life”

Keeping Up With Positivity

2 / 23 / 122 / 23 / 12

Whenever I feel sad and low, I always try to look at the brighter side of things no matter how hard it is. As they always say, “positivity is the  key”. Letting out all the negative things would really help out for you to be able to cope up with moving on. I’ve had enough shares of failures, but that doesn’t mean that I quit. have to be strong for myself and the people who need me, especially my kids. I grew  tired of complaining and whining in which by the ways are the worst thing to do when you feel low, it will drag you down until you fall into the pits of self pity and self destruction later on

” This too shall pass“, “There is a light at the end of tunnel”  ” cliché as it may sound, all the uplifting words are helpful to give you the sense of hope that everything will turn out fine in the end. One of things that I have learned the most is to sometimes to go with the flow . True enough are the words ” the world is evolving continuously, it will never stop to cry with you” So get up and learn to live your life.
