DH is a diabetic person, so we always have to make sure that his blood sugar level is always on a normal level. He’s taking up some medicines and injecting insulin for maintenance purposes. A healthy lifestyle is essential for diabetic patients to avoid complications that goes along with Diabetes.

Proper medicines and going to the doctor for a check up every once in awhile is needed. Taking up medicines that are not prescribed is not encouraged. For we even heard cases of the bladder cancer from actos and how it really caused a great damage to a person’s health. So  we really have to be extra careful and warned about medicines that DH’s take.
