Sick Again

I just took a half day off from work today. I suddenly feel cold and and dizzy while I was at the bank doing some transactions. I did drink a paracetamol but the fever just won’t subside. I did threw up in the bathroom around 11 am so I decided to text the boss to ask permission to go home. I was able to take a sleep and rest when I got home. I noticed that I’ve been getting sickly lately :(. I just hope to feel better soon…
