After I had the crazy and sleepless nights schedule sometime last week goes my disturbing diet as well. Been eating like a crazy mad woman since. Been overloading my diet with lots of carbo and fatty foods, added to that is caffeine to keep me up the whole night and energy drink to last me the whole day. Bad! bad! the result is I get to have dizzy spells and pimples all over my face. As for my weight issues, I think I need to deal with the reliable fat burners to keep up with losing weight plan I need t o do. Oh well, have to decide still. I want it to last and be firm this time. Slowly but surely.
